NESS Nitrogen Generator

Do you still buy your nitrogen even though you can produce your own?

Do you still buy your nitrogen even though you can produce your own?

Nitrogen is used in many industrial applications to prevent chemical oxidation of solids and fluids. Applications like light-ends removal, nitrogen blankets and pressurized blankets (in thermal oil, hot water- and condensatesystems) increase operational safety and maintenance intervals. However, they need a nitrogen supply.

In most cases, the nitrogen supply is ensured by connected nitrogen bottles. As their capacity is limited, they have to be monitored and changed when they are empty. The resulting costs are higher than the pure cost of replacement.

The NESS Nitrogen Generator separates oxygen and nitrogen and continuously generates nitrogen from the applied compressed air.

Your advantages at a glance

  • Cost savings

No more costs for time-consuming procurement, logistics and transport of nitrogen

  • Low maintenance costs

Durable, highly efficient membrane for filtering

  • Fully automatic system

The integrated control allows a fully automatic process

  • Increased safety

The Nitrogen operated systems of example light-ends removal, nitrogen blankets and pressure blankets increase the operational reliability and safety

NESS Nitrogen Generator (NG300)

Constant nitrogen supply with the NESS Nitrogen Generator

The Nitrogen Generator NG300 separates oxygen from nitrogen through a new longlasting and highly efficient membrane. The design of the membrane makes O2 diffuse much faster through the capillary tubes than N2, providing nitrogen with a purity of up to 99,5% at the outlet. The purity of the nitrogen is monitored by an advanced oxygen measuring sensor.

The NG300 works fully automatic and conducts self-checks continuously. The purity is monitored by a high quality oxygen metering system. An integrated pressure regulation controls the output pressure and switches the NG300 into standby mode in case of overpressure. The unit can be controlled either independently with an internal controller or integrated in a higher-level control system with a software module serving as the communication interface. Advanced filters allow a trouble-free operation and long maintenance intervals.

The NESS nitrogen generator NG300 separates nitrogen from air and saves the purchase and supply of nitrogen bottles. For the uninterrupted supply of nitrogen, we offer an external 750 l nitrogen storage tank.
