With the mobile pressure test pump you can quickly and reliably test your thermal oil system for leaks. Whether complete systems, vessels or individual pipeline sections after welding work or for recurring tests, for example – the required pressure build-up can be regulated up to 40 bar via the integrated control system.

The pressure test pump is mounted on a roller skid and equipped with an additional crane supension for fl exible use on site.

For variable connection to the system, connections for various flage connections DN20, DN25, DN32 and even a connection option for a manometer valve are included. Pressure tests can thus be carried out efficiently and easily.

The Mobile pressure test pump is designed to be practical for the use in thermal oil systems.

The pump is connected to the pressure side via a 4 m hose connection (2×2 m hydraulic hose with coupling included in delivery). The pressure test requires electricity and on the suction side a vessel with the oil used in the system is needed.

The system is supplied in a stable transport box made of screen printing plates with phenolic resin coating. This protects the system from contamination when not in use.
All required gaskets, screws, nuts as well as a calibrated manometer 0-40 bar are included.
